Return Guide
- We accept returns/exchanged of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that all original tags are attached.
- All returns are processed in Shop Credits. We do not offer cash refunds for returns.
- All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.
- There will be a 5% processing fee of your total order value for all the return order and $5 charged to you if it is a free shipping item.
- After your return has been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item less 5% processing fee & less $5 shipping cost if it is a free shipping item.
- Store credit will be expired within 6 months from the issue date
- Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders.
- Delivery fees or custom duties/taxes, if any, won't be refunded.
- Your return will be processed from 5 to 10 business days from when we receive it.

DO NOT RETURN
Do note that Returns are not allowed for the following:
- Sale items
- Items purchased from our pop-up events
- Customised/special request items
- Orders made using promotional codes
- Orders made using store credits (gift cards excluded)
- Pre-orders items
- Back-order items
****All pre-orders and back orders purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
We understand that sizing can be a challenge and therefore size exchanges may be accommodated for first time order however strictly subject to availability of the items. No exchange of different dress design is allowed.

HOW TO DO A RETURN
- To initiate the return process, kindly proceed by submitting a Return Request via your Account section under 'My Orders'.
- Please note that if your order does not meet the eligibility criteria for returns, you won't be able to proceed with the request.
- Once submitted, please allow our team a few working days to process your request. An email update will be sent once the request has been reviewed.

- Registered mail is highly recommended as MadeYouLook will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you’d like to cancel your order before we ship out, please kindly note that a processing fee of 5% of your return order value will be applied.
This fee covers transaction costs incurred during the order process.
Returns FAQs
How do I use the store credits?
To utilise online:
- Proceed with the checkout process as usual
- On the checkout page, choose the redeem credit button
- All applicable store credit will be applied. If the order total is less than your store credit, the remaining balance will remain in your account.
What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns/ exchanges?
We will send you back your item, an email notification will be sent to you once your parcel has been processed. In the event of redelivery, any associated fees will be your responsibility. Information regarding return fees and redelivery charges will be provided.
What is the status of my return?
The Store Credit will be reflected in your Made You Look account within 8 business days after it has been dropped off.
Once your returned order has been processed, an email containing the details of the Store Credit will be sent to you.
